PRE APPLICATION MEETINGS

19 Hotwell Road

RLB and MS attended a meeting on 4 March re the redevelopment of this retail outlet as a six storey block of student flats for 60 with a supervisor. Allegedly with the support of the University. The original facade would be reconstructed. RLB went to a further meeting on 24 March.                                    

91 Princess Victoria Street

MS and GMB met Richard Pedlar on 6 April to look at plans for a 2 storey scheme for office and 2 bed residential unit.
