PRE APPLICATION MEETINGS

Chesterfield Hospital

BW, RLB and GMB met representatives from the Nuffield Health Group and Kendall Kingscott, Architects on 20 July to discuss their plans to repair, refurbish and extend the existing hospital building and to put it back into use as a hospital with the planning application scheduled for mid-August.

Former Christian Science Church, Kensington Place

BW, GPR and GMB attended an on site consultation with Simon Bayliss of GVA Grimley and the developer and architect for the demolition of this modern building and replacement with a block of 6 self-contained flats with associated car parking.
