Demolition of existing buildings on site. No decision CAP did not consider that previous criticisms had been addressed, though it was clear that the trees were safe in this plan. The building was too high, and read as a church extension. It did not follow the slope up the hill. The large expanse of flat render and plain windows gave it an oversized look and was inappropriate compared with buildings up the hill. Refusal recommended.
