Historic Westbury-on-Trym

Aug 8, 2018

I suspect that most of us know little of the fascinating history of our neighbouring village of Westbury-on -Trym. This is your chance to learn!

The plan is to meet at the Methodist Church Hall, at the bottom of Westbury Hill, at 3 pm. There are a large free car park and the number 1 bus stop nearby.

After a short introductory talk we will be taken round the church and go on a short walk to discover some of the history from Saxon days onwards. The visit will last for about 90 minutes.

There is no charge for this visit but there is a limit on the number of people in the group. Please let RoseMary know if you would like to join in. Her email address is: r.musgrave10@gmail.com Telephone: 0117 9731704. If you would appreciate a lift or can offer one please let her know.
